The Investment Manager has been appointed as Investment Manager to Premier Umbrella Fund - Malibu V ("Malibu V") and Malibu VI ("Malibu VI"), which are designated as Article 8 financial products pursuant to the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU 2019/2088) ("SFDR"). MUFG Lux Management Company S.A (Management Company) has appointed the investment manager for the umbrella fund Premier Umbrella Fund. The disclosures below relate to Malibu V and Malibu VI and to the Investment Manager as a financial market participant under SFDR in so far as its activities relate to Malibu V and Malibu VI only.

These funds are not investable by any investors other than the private client for which these funds have been established.
