Purchases Through Brokers

The Funds have authorized one or more brokers to accept purchase orders on behalf of the Funds, and such brokers are authorized to designate intermediaries to accept purchase orders on behalf of the Funds. A Fund will be deemed to have received a purchase order when an authorized broker or broker-authorized designee accepts the order. A shareholder's purchase order will be priced based on the Fund's net asset value next computed after the order is accepted by an authorized broker or broker-authorized designee. The authorized broker or broker-authorized designee may charge the customer a transaction-based or other fee for handling the purchase or sale of shares, and additional conditions may apply.

Other Purchase Information

The Funds issue full and fractional shares, but do not issue certificates. The Funds may not be available in all jurisdictions. Each Fund reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend the offering of its shares; to reject purchase orders when, in the judgment of its management, such suspension or rejection is in the best interest of the Fund; and to redeem shares if information provided in the account application proves to be incorrect in any material manner.

Quoted performance data represent past performance, which does not guarantee future results. Investment returns and principal value will fluctuate, so investors’ shares, when sold, may be worth more or less than their original cost. For the most recent month-end performance, which may be higher or lower than that quoted, go to the Mutual Funds > Performance page on this website, or call 800 572-9336.

Before investing, investors should consider investment objectives, risks, charges, expenses and other important information, which are contained in these documents; read the prospectus carefully before investing. Investment in foreign securities offers different rewards and challenges from investing in domestic securities, including changes in exchange rates, political changes, and differences in reporting standards, and for emerging-market securities, higher volatility.
